Abstract:To discuss the changes of superior mesenteric venous perfusion(SMVP) and splenil venous perfusion(SpVP) respectively before and after cholestatic cirrhosis by CT perfusion of portal vein in dogs. Methods: Only partial liver was involved in this cholestatic cirrhosis model. Twelve dogs survived from the process of model building. By selective catheterization in superior mesenteric artery and splenic artery by femoral Seldinger technique, SMVP and SpVP were available after portal CT perfusion. SMVP and SpVP of the normal part and cirrhotic part, before and after cirrhosis, were compared respectively. Results: SMVP and SpVP of the involved lobe decreased significantly from those of normal state, and the decrease ratio of SMVP differed significantly from that of SpVP(P=0.003). After model building, there was significant difference between SMVP and SpVP of the involved lobe and those of the normal lobe, and the decrease ratio of SMVP differed significantly from that of SpVP(P=0.001). Conclusion: After cholestatic cirrhosis, SMVP and SpVP decreased significantly, and the decrease of SMVP contributed more.
