Correlation between the presence or absence of residual encephalomalacia after #br#
hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage on CT and SWI imaging manifestations

摘要 目的:探讨CT及SWI影像表现对高血压性脑出血患者后遗有无软化灶形成的预测作用。方法:收集89例高血压性脑出血患者,均行常规CT检查,其中29例加行SWI检查,观察高血压性脑出血急性期CT及SWI表现,3月后行CT或MRI复查有无软化灶形成,收集相关数据进行统计分析。结果:89例符合入选标准的患者均行CT检查,男49例(55.1%),女40例(44.9%);≥60岁41人(41.6%),<60岁48人(53.9%);基底节为主要发病部位39例(43.8%),其次为丘脑20例(22.5%)、皮层及皮层下24例(27.0%)、幕下6例(6.7%);血肿形态规则46例(51.7%),不规则43例(48.3%);出血量<20 mL 61例(68.5%),≥20 mL 28例(31.5%);中线移位28例(31.5%),不移位61例(68.5%)。结论:出血量、出血部位、血肿形态、年龄及血肿周围侧支循环情况等能预估高血压性脑出血是否有软化灶形成。
